Notice of Approval of a Statement of Preferred Work Practices Under the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992

Pursuant to section 20 (3) of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992, and whereas subsections (3) (a) and (3) (b) of section 20 of that Act have been fulfilled and complied with, I, the Minister of Labour hereby give notice that I approve a statement of preferred work practices which is an Approved Code of Practice entitled “Power Operated Elevating Work Platforms”.

Pursuant to section 20 (3) of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992, and whereas subsections (3) (a) and (3) (b) of section 20 of that Act have been fulfilled and complied with, the Minister of Labour hereby give notice that he approves a statement of preferred work practices which is an Approved Code of Practice for Training Operators/Instructors of Powered Industrial Lift Trucks (Forklifts).
