Lieutenant Commander Grant Wayne Finlayson, N.Z.C.E., is placed on the Emergency List of Officers of the Naval Reserves with effect from 9 April 1995.

The appointment of Lieutenant Commander K.A. Robb is extended until 23 September 2004.

Lieutenant Commander Gary Robert St Clair Medcalf, Emergency List, is re-appointed to the RNZN in his present rank, with seniority from 8 April 1989 and effect from 12 December 1994.

The appointments of the following Lieutenant Commanders on the Special Service List of the Emergency List of Officers of the Naval Reserves are terminated with effect from 28 February 1995, and are appointed to the RNZN in their present rank with seniority from 1 March 1985 and effect from 1 March 1995:

Commander Lyal Alexander Cocks, Emergency List, is re-appointed to the RNZN in the rank of acting Commander, with seniority as Lieutenant Commander from 6 December 1988 and effect from 6 April 1995.

Acting Lieutenant Commander K.D.F. Hogan, N.Z.C.E., to be Lieutenant Commander with seniority from 1 September 1994 and effect from 2 March 1995.

Lieutenant B.R. Simpson to be Lieutenant Commander with seniority and effect from 1 January 1995.

The seniority of Lieutenant S.R. Barrows, B.A., DIP.TCHG, is post-dated to 14 July 1987 with effect from 16 January 1995.

Lieutenant Derek Thomas Monaghan is transferred to the RNZAF with effect from 30 January 1995.

Lieutenant John Phillip Edge, B.SC., is placed on the Emergency List of Officers of the Naval Reserves with effect from 28 November 1994.

Lieutenant J.A. Moss to be acting Lieutenant Commander with effect from 1 January 1995.

The seniority of Surgeon Lieutenant A. Drewry, M.B., CH.B., is antedated to 1 January 1989 with effect from 23 March 1991.

Lieutenant Hamish Gregory Miles is placed on the Emergency List of Officers of the Naval Reserves with effect from 24 January 1995.
