Amending Notice

Land at Corner of Main South Road and Seymour Street Acquired for Road

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 13th day of December 1994 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 12th day of January 1995, No. 1 at page 71, by omitting from the declaration the following:

"road, which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 forms part of the State Highway No. 1"

and inserting therein the following:

"a limited access road which becomes road, limited access road and State Highway".
