1098 NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE No. 42

1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the 4th day of May 1995.

(2) Pursuant to section 60 (6) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall no longer form part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in The Waitaki District Council as local road on the 4th day of May 1995.

(3) Pursuant to sections 60 (6) and 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the road described in the Third Schedule hereto, has become limited access road on the 4th day of May 1995.

(4) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117, the parts of the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The areas marked “A” and “E” on S.O. Plan 24202, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 15B/104;

(ii) The areas marked “B” and “F” on S.O. Plan 24202, shall vest in The Waitaki District Council;

(iii) The areas marked “C” and “G” on S.O. Plan 24202, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 209/159.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 17th day of March 1995 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 23rd day of March 1995, No. 26 at page 803, by omitting from the Second Schedule the following:

‘34’ and inserting ‘36’
