Bylaw Fixing the Maximum Speed of Vehicles on Parts of State Highway No. 2 at Te Puna at 80 K/PH
Pursuant to section 61 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and section 72 (1) (j) of the Transport Act 1962, Transit New Zealand makes the following bylaw.

This bylaw may be cited as Transit New Zealand Bylaw 1995/7.

This bylaw shall come into force immediately.

In this bylaw “motor vehicle” has the meaning assigned to it in section 2 (1) of the Transport Act 1962.

No person shall drive a motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 80 kilometres per hour on State Highway No. 2 at Te Puna from a point approximately 175 metres west of Loop Road (at RP 140/3.065) extending in an easterly direction for a distance of 1265 metres to a point approximately 350 metres east of Te Puna Road (at RP 140/4.330).

Every person who commits an offence under this bylaw is liable upon summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $500.
This bylaw is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Authority.

Conservation Act 1987
Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With a Declaration That the Area Become a Reserve, Classification of a Reserve and Vesting of a Reserve in The Christchurch City Council
Pursuant to section 7 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation, declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes subject to the Conservation Act 1987, and pursuant to section 8 (1A) of the Act, the Minister of Conservation further declares that the conservation area shall hereafter be set apart as a reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and classified as a local purpose (community buildings) reserve and pursuant to section 26 of the Reserves Act 1977 vested in The Christchurch City Council, in trust, for local purposes (community buildings) subject to the provisions of the latter Act.
