I, Amla Kalyana Sundaram, the liquidator of Boscombe Investments Limited (in liquidation), hereby give notice that:

(a) I have delivered to the Registrar of Companies the documents referred to in section 231(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1955;

(b) I am seeking to have the company removed from the Register, pursuant to section 293(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1955, on the basis that I have completed my duties as liquidator of the company and the company is ready to be removed from the Register;

(c) Any objection to the removal of the company from the Register under section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, must be lodged before 1 June 1995 (to be not less than 28 days after the date of the notice).
