Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 295 of the Companies Act 1955

We, David Donald Crichton and Trevor Francis Thornton, liquidators of R H Blatchford Limited, whose registered office is situated at Fifteenth Floor, Clarendon Tower, 78 Worcester Street, Christchurch, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 293 (i) (e) of the Companies Act 1955 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Companies Act 1955, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 29 May 1995.

Notice is hereby given by the undersigned applicants, being all the shareholders of the company, that they propose to make application to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) (i) of the Companies Act 1955, for the removal of McKenzie Country Enterprises Limited whose registered office is situated at 235 McKenzie Drive, Twizel, from the New Zealand Register, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its articles of association and the Companies Act 1955.

Notice is given that unless written objection to the removal of the company is sent or delivered to the Registrar, pursuant to section 296 of the Companies Act, by the 24th day of May 1995 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.

Public Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Wotra New Zealand Limited (in liquidation):

Public notice is given that, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, the Registrar of Companies must remove Wotra New Zealand Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at the offices of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, Thirteenth Floor, Tower Two, Shortland Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register, on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, have been sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies thereby completing the liquidation, pursuant to section 219 of the Act.

Unless, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, written objection to the removal is delivered to the Registrar by the 6th day of June 1995 (being a date not less than 28 days after the date of this notice), the Registrar is obliged to remove the company from the Register.
