Notice Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the foreshore areas of the land described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place, shellfish gathering, landing place, and for recreational use for the common use and benefit of the owners of Ranginui 12 Block and their invitees.

Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993
Notice Redefining the Persons or Class of Persons for which a Maori Reservation was set apart
Pursuant to section 338 (5) (d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, and on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the persons or class of persons for which the Maori reservation in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto, was created by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 42, page 1083 dated 30 May 1957 is hereby redefined as for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngati Ngarongo Hapu and Ngati Takihiku Hapu of the Ngati Raukawa Ki te Tonga tribe.

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 338 (5) (c) and (d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, that the purposes of the Maori reservation set apart by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 70, page 1691 on the 2nd day of November 1961, are hereby redefined by deleting the reference to the purpose of a Ratana Church site for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngati Raukawa Tribes and substituting therefore for the purpose of a marae, meeting place, church site, recreation ground, papakainga, camping ground and village site for the common use and benefit of the members of the tribes of New Zealand.
