Appointment of Members of Conservation Boards

Pursuant to section 6P of the Conservation Act 1987, I hereby appoint the following persons to Conservation Boards:

Bay of Plenty Conservation Board

Robert Edward McGowan, consultant of Tauranga

Roberta Ann Maxwell, office manager of Tauranga

North Canterbury Conservation Board

Trevor Howse, manager of Christchurch

Aoraki Conservation Board

Kelvyn Timothy Armstrong Davis, of Morven.

Pursuant to section 6R of the said Act, I appoint each member for a term commencing from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette and expiring on 31 August 1996.

Education Act 1989

Glenburn Centre School Board of Trustees Notice 1995

Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education under section 95 of the Education Act 1989, I publish the following notice:

N o t i c e

1. This notice may be cited as the Glenburn Centre School Board of Trustees Notice 1995. This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. The Glenburn Centre School Board of Trustees shall be constituted as follows:
   3 members nominated by Presbyterian Support Services (Northern) and appointed by the Minister of Education.

3. The Glenburn Centre School Board of Trustees Notice 1992, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 23 April 1992, No. 57, page 1167, is hereby revoked.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990 and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 30 March 1990, which was granted under those regulations to Pauline Anne Pertab in respect of Portland House, Montessori Pre-school II, situated at 12 Kalmia Street, Ellerslie, Auckland.

The centre has ceased to operate at this address.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Good Shepherd School, Balmoral

The said supplementary agreement was executed on the 19th day of April 1995. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, 6–10 Nugent Street, Grafton, Auckland.
