Conservation

Reserves Act 1977

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago Conservancy, hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the Dublin Bay Recreation Reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land, described in the Second Schedule.

First Schedule

Otago Land District—Queenstown Lakes District

1663 square metres, more or less, being part Section 28, shown “A” and “B” on S.O. 24209, situated in Block V, Lower Wanaka Survey District. Part certificate of title 4D/1290.

Second Schedule

Otago Land District—Queenstown Lakes District

1294 square metres, more or less, being Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 24441, situated in Block V, Lower Wanaka Survey District. Part certificate of title 11A/976.
