Charitable Trusts Act Notices

Notice Under Section 36, Charitable Trust Act 1957

The Saint Andrew Street Church of Christ Trust Board of Dunedin, has applied to the High Court for approval of a scheme to vary the purposes of a trust. The trust provides for the acquisition of a pipe organ and the payment of associated costs. The proposed scheme will enable the trust funds to be applied for the enhancement of worship services and music in general.

The date of the proposed hearing of this application is 8 May 1995. Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is required to give written notice of the intention to do so to the Registrar of the High Court of New Zealand, Dunedin Registry, the applicant and the Attorney-General, not less than 7 clear days before 8 May 1995.

The Registrar of the Electrical Workers Registration Board (“the board”), having been directed by the board, and in accordance with section 139 of the Electricity Act 1992, gives notice of the following registered electrical workers having been disciplined by the Board under Part XI of the Electricity Act 1992, and of the effect of the decision or order of the Board:
