Amending Notice

Land at 171 and 186 Stanmore Road Set Apart for Road

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 2nd day of November 1994 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 10th day of November 1994, No. 118 at page 3505, by omitting from the recital the following words:

“held by that council for road diversion” and inserting in lieu thereof the following words:

“held by that council in fee simple and for road diversion respectively”

Land at 18 Levin Street, Cheviot Set Apart for a Rangers Residence

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto be set apart (subject to the sewage easement registered in Volume 13A, folio 503, Canterbury Registry) for a rangers residence.

Land Acquired for Road and Stopped Road Vested in the District of Tasman

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for limited access road which has become road, limited access road and State highway, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3), declares:

(i) The area of stopped road described in the Second Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8C/1099, subject to memorandum of mortgage 343820.1.

(ii) The area of stopped road described in the Third Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 8A/102, subject to memorandum of mortgage 309481.4 and fencing covenant 264578.2.

(iii) The area of stopped road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 7B/397.
