International Air Services Licensing Act 1947

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, the State Sector Act 1988, a delegation from the Minister of Transport and a sub-delegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, John Gibson Bradbury, General Manager Air Services, give notice that I intend to exercise the power conferred by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the International Air Service Licence issued to Air New Zealand Limited in order to permit the airline to operate beyond Western Samoa to points in the United States of America (excluding American Samoa) with up to the equivalent of 3 return B767 services per week.

This amendment will take effect on 27 April 1995.

Hawke’s Bay Fire Districts Notice 1995

Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice.

N o t i c e

  1. This notice may be cited as the Hawke’s Bay Fire Districts Notice 1995.

  2. This notice shall come into force on the 17th day of April 1995.

  3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous Fire District Notices for the Hawke’s Bay Fire District.

Constitution of Fire Districts

  1. The urban areas listed in the Schedule are hereby constituted into Fire Districts.

  2. The boundaries of the constituted fire districts listed in the Schedule are defined and delineated on plans held at the National Headquarters of the New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.
