St John’s Girls’ School, Invercargill.
The said supplementary agreement was executed on the
20th day of March 1995. A copy of the supplementary
agreement is available for inspection without charge by any
member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of
Education, 123 Victoria Street, Christchurch.

Corrigendum
Consent to the Distribution of New Medicines
In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette,
9 March 1995, No. 22, page 695, notice No. 1678, (i) for
the first reference to the word “Fongitar”, in the
twenty-eighth line, replace with the word “poltar”. The
active ingredients for the product Fongitar then read
“Poltar 1 % w/w, pyrithione zinc 1 % w/w”.

Corrigendum
Consent to the Distribution of Changed Medicines
In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9
March 1995, No. 22, page 695, notice No. 1650, (i) for the
word “interferon” in the thirty-ninth line, replace with the
word “Hoffmann” and (ii) for the word “Hoffman” in the
thirty-ninth line, replace with the word “Hoffmann”. This
in respect of the product Roferon-A.

Classification of Medicines
Pursuant to section 106 (1) of the Medicines Act 1981, the
Minister of Health hereby declares the medicines listed in
Schedules one and two to this notice to have the
classifications prescription medicine and restricted
medicine respectively.

Restricted Medicines
Ibuprofen; in liquid form for oral use in medicines which
have received the Minister’s consent to their distribution as
restricted medicines and which are sold in the
manufacturer’s original pack containing 200 millilitres or
less in volume and in strengths of 100 milligrams or less
per 5 millilitres.
