Education Act 1989

The Manaia School (Thames) Board of Trustees Election Extension Notice

Pursuant to clause 9(2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989 and acting under authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the date for receiving nominations (and all subsequent actions in accordance with the Education (Trustee Election Regulations 1992)) for the election of parent representatives for the Manaia School (Thames) Board of Trustees.

This action is being taken because it has not been possible for nominations to be received by the date originally notified, 26 March 1995.

Nominations for the election of parent representatives shall close on 10 April 1995.

This notice shall take effect the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990 and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 17 October 1994 which was granted under those regulations to Lyndsay Anne Blow in respect of:

Papamoa Kindergarten, Papamoa School Hall, Dickinson Street, Papamoa.

The centre has ceased to operate at these premises.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
