  2. That the practitioner pay to the New Zealand Law
    Society the sum of $611.00 in respect of the costs and
    expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by the tribunal.

  3. That the practitioner pay to the Auckland District Law
    Society the sum of $15,114.12 towards the costs and
    expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by that society.

  4. That the application for suppression of the
    practitioners name be declined but the submissions made to
    the Tribunal in support of that application be suppressed.

Transport Act 1962

The Traffic (Manukau City) Notice No. 3, 1994

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Transport, I, Judith Olga Stack,
Secretary for Transport give the following notice:

Notice

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Manukau City)
Notice No. 3, 1994.

The road specified in the First Schedule is declared to be a
closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of
the Transport Act 1962.

The road specified in the Second Schedule is declared to be
a 70 kilometre an hour speed limit area pursuant to
regulation 21(2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.

So much of the Traffic (Manukau City) Notice No. 1, 1990,
signed on the 6th day of December 1990*, which relates to
roads in the Schedules below and so much of the Traffic
(Papakura District) Notice No. 1, 1992, signed on the 14th
day of February 1992† which relate to the roads in the
schedules below both issued pursuant to section 52 of the
Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21(2) of the Traffic
Regulations 1976, are revoked.

First Schedule

SITUATED within Manukau City at East Tamaki Heights:
Point View Drive: from Whitford Road to a point
1800 metres measured southerly, generally, along Point
View Drive from Whitford Road.

Second Schedule

SITUATED within Manukau City at Manurewa East:
Porchester Road: from Alfriston Road to the Papakura
Stream Bridge.
