Part Season Goose Licence

Conditions:

(1) A Part Season Goose licence may be issued to authorise the holder to hunt or kill Canada geese on or after 1 September 1995 in any Fish and Game region wherein for the remaining period of the open season for game in that region, Canada geese may be taken.

(2) The holder of the licence shall be subject to the conditions for each Fish and Game Region in which the hunting or killing of game takes place, as specified under the Second Schedule of the notice in which the Minister of Conservation declared the 1995 open season for game.

Fees:

Adult: Twenty seven dollars and fifty cents licence fee plus one dollar game bird habitat stamp fee, a total of twenty eight dollars and fifty cents ($28.50 GST inclusive).

Young Adult: Thirteen dollars and fifty cents licence fee plus one dollar game bird habitat stamp fee, a total of fourteen dollars and fifty cents ($14.50 GST inclusive).

Junior: Five dollars and fifty cents licence fee plus one dollar game bird habitat stamp fee, a total of six dollars and fifty cents ($6.50 GST inclusive).

Child: One dollar game bird habitat stamp fee only, a total of one dollar ($1.00 GST inclusive).

The notice published in the supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, No. 29, 29 March 1994, page 1200 to 1201, Third Schedule, Game Licences and Licence Fees is hereby revoked.
