Decoy limit: No limit.

Third Schedule
Game Licences and Licence Fees

Pursuant to regulations 5 and 13 of the Wildlife Regulations 1955, the Minister of Conservation hereby approves the licence fees set and payable in respect of each class of game licence and the conditions attached thereto or hereunder.

The $1 game bird habitat stamp component of the following total licence fees is set by regulation 4 of the New Zealand Game Bird Habitat Stamp Regulations 1993.

The holder of any game licence for the 1995 game season shall be subject to the conditions and daily possession limits for each Fish and Game Region in which the hunting or killing of game takes place, as specified under the Second Schedule of the notice in the New Zealand Gazette in which the Minister of Conservation declared the 1995 open season for game.

The provisions of the Arms Act 1983 apply with respect to firearms used in accordance with the licence.

Definitions
Adult: Any person 20 years of age or older as at 6 May 1995.

Young Adult: Any person 16 years of age or older but not having obtained 20 years of age as at 6 May 1995.

Junior: Any person under the age of 16 years as at 6 May 1995.

Child: Any person under the age of 12 years as at 6 May 1995.

Class: New Zealand Whole Season Game Licence

Conditions: A New Zealand Whole Season Game licence shall enable the holder to hunt or kill game in all Fish and Game Regions of New Zealand.

Fees:
Adult: Fifty five dollars licence fee plus one dollar game bird habitat stamp fee, a total of fifty six dollars ($56.00 GST inclusive).

Young Adult: Twenty seven dollars and fifty cents licence fee plus one dollar game bird habitat stamp fee, a total of twenty eight dollars and fifty cents ($28.50 GST inclusive).

Junior: Eleven dollars licence fee plus one dollar game bird habitat stamp fee, a total of twelve dollars ($12.00 GST inclusive).

Child: One dollar game bird habitat stamp fee only, a total of one dollar ($1.00 GST inclusive).

Class: One Week Game Licence

Conditions:
(1) A one week licence may be issued and be available for use on or after the tenth day (Monday, 15 May 1995) of the open season for game for a period of seven (7) days from the date specified on the licence.

(2) The licence shall enable the holder to hunt or kill game in the region of issue only.

Fees:
Adult: Twenty seven dollars and fifty cents licence fee plus one dollar game bird habitat stamp fee, a total of twenty eight dollars and fifty cents ($28.50 GST inclusive).

Young Adult: Thirteen dollars and fifty cents licence fee plus one dollar game bird habitat stamp fee, a total of fourteen dollars and fifty cents ($14.50 GST inclusive).

Junior: Five dollars and fifty cents licence fee plus one dollar game bird habitat stamp fee, a total of six dollars and fifty cents ($6.50 GST inclusive).

Child: One dollar game bird habitat stamp fee only, a total of one dollar ($1.00 GST inclusive).

Class: One Day Game Licence

Conditions:
(1) A One Day Licence may be issued and be available for use on or after the tenth day (Monday, 15 May 1995) of the open season for game for a period of one day as specified on the licence.

(2) The licence shall enable the holder to hunt or kill game in the region of issue only.

Fees:
Adult: Eleven dollars licence fee plus one dollar game bird habitat stamp fee, a total of twelve dollars ($12.00 GST inclusive).

Young Adult: Five dollars and fifty cents licence fee plus one dollar game bird habitat stamp fee, a total of six dollars and fifty cents ($6.50 GST inclusive).

Junior: Two dollars licence fee plus one dollar game bird habitat stamp fee, a total of three dollars ($3.00 GST inclusive).

Child: One dollar game bird habitat stamp fee only, a total of one dollar ($1.00 GST inclusive).
