Fish Levy Regulations 1976

Fixing a Levy on Fish

Pursuant to the Fishing Industry Board Act 1963 and the Fish Levy Regulations 1976, a notice is hereby given by the New Zealand Fishing Industry Board that:

(a) From and after the 1st day of April 1995, every wholesaler shall pay to the board a fish levy on all fish (except rock lobster and paua, taken or purchased by him (otherwise from another wholesaler) at a rate of 1.1 percent of the primary price of those fish, and

(b) From and after the 1st day of April 1995, every wholesaler shall pay to the board a fish levy on rock lobster and paua taken or purchased by him (otherwise than from another wholesaler) at a rate of 1.0 percent of the primary price of those rock lobster and paua, and

(c) From and after the 1st day of April 1995, the fisherman’s contribution will be at the rate of 0.367 percent of the primary price of those fish, and at the rate of 0.333 percent of those rock lobster and paua, and

(d) From and after the 1st day of April 1995, the wholesaler’s contribution will be at the rate of 0.367 percent of the primary price of those fish, and at the rate of 0.334 percent of the primary price of those rock lobster and paua, and

(e) From and after the 1st day of April 1995, the retailer’s contribution will be at the rate of 0.366 percent of the primary price of those fish, and at the rate of 0.333 percent of the primary price of those rock lobster and paua, and

(f) Notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 September 1994, No. 98, page 2981, is consequently revoked.

Transit New Zealand Act 1989

Amendment to Bylaw 1987/2: Bylaw Fixing the Maximum Speed of Vehicles on State Highway No. 1 Over the Auckland Harbour Bridge

Pursuant to section 61 (3) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, Transit New Zealand hereby amends the above bylaw as follows:

In 4, line 4 delete 326/6.8 km and replace with 326/8.49 and in lines 6 and 7 delete Shelly Beach ramps and replace with Wellington Street Underpass.

This amendment is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Authority.

Bylaw Fixing the Maximum Speed of Vehicles on Parts of State Highway No. 73 at West Melton at 80 K/PH

Pursuant to section 61 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and section 72 (1) (j) of the Transport Act 1962, Transit New Zealand makes the following bylaw.

B y l a w

  1. This bylaw may be cited at Transit New Zealand Bylaw 1995/3.

  2. This bylaw shall come into force immediately.

  3. In this bylaw “motor vehicle” has the meaning assigned to it in section 2 (1) of the Transport Act 1962.

  4. No person shall drive a motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 80 kilometres an hour on that section of State Highway No. 73 at West Melton in Selwyn District from a point 250 metres (measured in an easterly direction) from the eastern boundary of the northern section of Weedons Ross Road (RP 15/2.15) to a point 400 metres (measured in a westerly direction) from the western boundary of the northern section of Weedons Ross Road (RP 15/2.80), distance of approximately 670 metres.

  5. Every person who commits an offence under this bylaw is liable upon summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $500.

This bylaw is made by delegated authority from the Transit New Zealand Authority.
