A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 320 of the Maori Land Act 1993 and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Maori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, Dame Catherine Anne Tizard, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be road.

North Auckland Land District

153 square metres, more or less, being Nukuroa 2A3C1, Block X, Otamatea Survey District and shown marked “D” on S.O. Plan 64873.

5899 square metres, more or less, being Oruawhero A5, Block X, Otamatea Survey District and shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 64873.

0123 square metres, more or less, being Oruawhero A5, Block X, Otamatea Survey District and shown marked “F” on S.O. S.O. Plan 64873.

4053 square metres, more or less, being Oruawhero A5, Block X, Otamatea Survey District and shown marked “C” on S.O. Plan 64873.

Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of March 1995.
