Land Acquired for Road, Land Acquired for the Purposes of a Road, Land Held for Better Utilisation Set Apart for the Purposes of a Road and Land Declared to be Crown Land in the City of Nelson

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(c) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be set apart for the purposes of a road.

(d) Pursuant to section 42 (3), declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

3344 square metres, situated in Block III, Waimea Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. 9657; as shown marked “E” on S.O. Plan 15208, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.

Land Declared to be Road in the District of Marlborough

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road and, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
