Land Act 1948

Reservation of Land

Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the land described in the First Schedule hereto, as historic reserve, and in the Second Schedule hereto, as local purpose (esplanade) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.

First Schedule

North Auckland Land District—Far North District

133 square metres, more or less, being part Allotments 133 and 146, Mangonui Parish, situated in Block IV, Mangonui Survey District. All New Zealand Gazette, 1994, page 56; shown red on S.O. 19074.

Second Schedule

North Auckland Land District—Far North District

249 square metres, more or less, being Parts (9), Lot 3B, DP. 2899, situated in Blocks I, Ahipara and I and V, Kaitaia Survey District. Part certificate of title 718/121; shown yellow on S.O. 29355.

Reserves Act 1977

Cancellation of Vesting and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Conservation, hereby cancels the vesting in The Tararua District Council and revokes the reservation as a reserve for local purposes (hall site) over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

3 square metres, more or less, being Lot 22, Deposited Plan 24268, situated in Block VII, Waimata Survey District. All certificate of title E3/1481.

Vesting of a Reserve in the Waioturi Marae Trustees

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Wanganui, of the Department of Conservation, hereby vests the reserve described in the Schedule hereto in trust for local reserve (urupa) purposes to the Waioturi Marae Trustees.

Amendment to a Notice Classifying and Vesting a Reserve

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, hereby amends the notice classifying a reserve and vesting that reserve in The Hurunui District Council, dated the 6th day of December 1994, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 12 January 1995, page 64, by amending the area and description of part Reserve 3595 from that published in the notice to the following:

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Revocation of a Reserve
