Declaring Land Held for Government Purposes (Rangers House and Workshop) to be Set Apart for Police Purposes in the Clutha District

Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto held for Government purposes (rangers house and workshop) be set apart for police purposes.

Otago Land District—Clutha District

All that piece of land containing 3128 square metres, being part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 15396 and part Section 154, Block VIII, Glenomaru Survey District; shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 24199, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.

Amending Notice

Land at Evans Street, Timaru, Acquired for Road

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 12th day of December 1994 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 15th day of December 1994, No. 135 at page 4444, by omitting from the first line the following:

Section 52 (1) and inserting in lieu therefore Section 20.
