Declaring Road to be Stopped and Vested Porirua City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares:

(a) Pursuant to sections 116 and 118 (1)(a), those portions of road described in the First Schedule hereto, to be stopped and shall, when so stopped, become local purpose reserve (esplanade) vested in The Porirua City Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 (7), that portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and shall, when so stopped, become recreation reserve vested in The Porirua City Council.
