Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be set apart for electricity purposes.

Harbours Act 1950

Sale of Greymouth Harbour Land

Pursuant to Part IV of the Harbours Act 1950, and to a delegation from the Secretary of Transport, the Manager Legislation and Maritime Policy, having obtained pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Act, the concurrence of the Secretary to the Treasury under delegation from the Minister of Finance, HEREBY APPROVES pursuant to sections 143A (1) (a) and 143c (1) (b) (i) of the Act the sale of land referred to in the Schedule below by The Grey District Council AND SPECIFIES that by this approval effective from the date of this notice.

Schedule

All that parcel of land containing 1012 square metres, shown as Section 205, Block X, Arnold Survey District, Town of Dobson and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 5A, folio 147 (Westland Land Registry).
