‘lake’ and ‘river’ have the meanings assigned to them
section 2 (1) of the Resource Management Act 1991.

Vesting—Subject to section 24 of the Conservation Act
1987, the land to which this notice applies shall vest for an
estate in fee simple in Landcorp Investments Limited (a
company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 1955,
having its registered office at Wellington and being a State-
owned Enterprise within the meaning of section 29 (1) of the State-
owned Enterprises Act 1986) on the 23rd day of February
1995.

(i) Together with the appurtenant rights (if any)
described in the Schedule to this notice; but,

(ii) Subject to the rights, interests and encumbrances (if
any) to which it is described in the Schedule to this
notice as being subject.
