Section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992
Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, David Andrew Smyth, Acting Director-General of Health, hereby give notice as follows:
Notice

The notice referred to in the First Schedule is hereby revoked.

The notice referred to in the Second Schedule is hereby amended by replacing the area set out in the left hand column of the Schedule to that notice with the area described in the Third Schedule hereto.

The notice referred to in the Second Schedule is further amended by replacing the name of the person designated as Director of Area Mental Health Services in the right hand column of the Schedule to that notice in respect of the area amended by this notice with the name set out in the Fourth Schedule hereto.

Determination of Tax Depreciation Rates
Pursuant to section 108M of the Income Tax Act 1976, notice is hereby given that the Commissioner of the Inland Revenue Department has issued “Determination PROV2: Tax Depreciation Rates Provisional Determination Number 2”, pursuant to section 108I of the Income Tax Act 1976. The determination may be cited as “Determination PROV2: Tax Depreciation Rates Provisional Determination Number 2”. The determination is available from Inland Revenue Offices.
