Notification of Approval of Form to be Used for the Collection of Signatures for an Indicative Referendum Petition

Pursuant to section 13 of the Citizens Initiated Referenda Act 1993, I hereby give notice:

That the New Zealand Professional Firefighters Union has been approved to use a form for the purposes of the indicative referendum petition under section 12 of the Act in respect of the question, “Should the number of professional firefighters employed full-time in the New Zealand Fire Service be reduced below the number employed on 1 January 1995?”
