Notice of Appointment of Receivers

In the matter of section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993, and in the matter of Saville Avonhead Supermarket Limited (in receivership):

Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of February 1995, FAL New Zealand Limited and Rataurays Wholesale Limited, hereby appointed Messrs James Bruce Alfred McAlister and John Maurice Wilson, both chartered accountants of Christchurch, as receivers and managers of the property of Saville Avonhead Supermarket Limited, under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 15th day of December 1993, given by that company.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertakings and all its relevant personal properties and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled capital but unpaid capital.

The offices of the receivers and managers, are at the office of Messrs Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Chartered Accountants, Deloitte House, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch.
