Roderick Thomas McKenzie, with reference to Data Resolutions Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 13th day of February 1995, at the request of M. L. and J. R. Matthews, appointed Roderick Thomas McKenzie, chartered accountant of Palmerston North, whose office is at the Eighth Floor, National Mutual Building, 7–21 Fitzherbert Avenue, Palmerston North, as receiver and manager of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 27th day of February 1989.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, wheresoever and whatsoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
