Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How
Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a road reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Franklin District Council at current market value, the proceeds from sale to be paid into council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in and towards the improvements of other reserves under the control of council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

North Auckland Land District—Franklin District

145 square metres, more or less, being Lot 4, D.P. 150275, situated in Block XV, Drury Survey District. All certificate of title 97B/584.

Declaration That Land is Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Waitakere City Council on the 13th day of February 1995.

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Waitakere City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be, a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.”

2805 square metres, more or less, being Lot 5, D.P. 44455, situated in Block VII, Titirangi Survey District. All certificate of title 1516/21. Subject to a building line restriction contained in K. 56807, and to a drainage easement created by transfer 594183.

Classification and Naming of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the said Act, and further declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as Langs Beach Scenic Reserve.

14.6076 hectares, more or less, being Lot 5, D.P. 69920, situated in Block VII, Waipu Survey District. All certificate of title 91D/776.
