Reserves Act 1977

Classification of Parts of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, hereby classifies that part of the reserve, described in the First Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (wildlife) reserve, and further, classifies that part of the reserve, described in the Second Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (passive recreation) reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Change of the Classification of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, hereby changes the classification of that part of Kirkpatrick Park, described in the Schedule below, from recreation reserve to local purpose (community services) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Revocation of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Canterbury, hereby revokes the reservation, as a local purpose reserve, over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaration That Land is Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Waitakere City Council on the 13th day of February 1995.

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Waitakere City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be, a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.”

1075 square metres, more or less, being Lot 7, D.P. 16383, situated in Block XIII, Waitemata Survey District. All certificate of title 77D/240.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a road reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by The North Shore City Council at current market value, the proceeds from sale to be paid into council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in and towards the improvements of other reserves under the control of council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

1890 square metres, more or less, being Lot 19, D.P. 35340, situated in Block IV, Waitemata Survey District. Part C.T. 423/96 (cancelled).
