a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be set apart for a limited road, which has become road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Wellington City Council on 28 June 1995:

"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Wellington City Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the said City in fee-simple and, described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same are hereby declared to be, scenic reserves within the meaning of section 19 (1) (b) of the said Act".

717 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 6, Block IX, D.P. 995. All C.T. 834/34.

1477 square metres, more or less, being Lots 2 and 3, Block IX, D.P. 995. All C.T. 849/7.

1044 square metres, more or less, being parts Lots 102, 103, 104 and 105, Deeds Plan 114. All C.T. 863/42, limited as to parcels.
