Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1995, No. 11.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Public Works Act 1981

Amending a Notice Realigning Road in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 3rd day of November 1995 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 9 November 1995, No. 131, at page 4325, realigning road in Otorohanga District by deleting paragraph (c) and the Third Schedule therefrom.
