Vesting of a Reserve in The Dunedin City Council

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal

Notice Redefining the Class of Persons for Whose Use and Benefit a Maori Reservation is Set Apart

Pursuant to section 439 (5) (d) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the persons for whose use and benefit the land described in the Schedule hereto, has been set apart as a Maori reservation by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 71, page 1774 of 5 December 1956, is hereby redefined as being the Maori people, their relatives and their descendants who have or shall live and reside in the Waima District.
