Civil Aviation Rules

This is a statement of intention to publish rules in the following CAR Parts—

Part 12—Mandatory Occurrence Reporting and Occurrence Rules, and

Part 149—Aviation Recreation Organisations—Certification

—pursuant to section 34 (1) (a) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990. The submission time for the proposed parts is indicated in the NPRM and is not less than 60 days.

Copies of the Notices of Proposed Rule Making are available for viewing at Aviation House, 1 Market Grove, Lower Hutt and on application to the Docket Clerk, P.O. Box 31-441, Lower Hutt 6315.

The name and abbreviation of the party are now entered on the Register of Political Parties as follows:

Pursuant to section 44A of the Public Finance Act 1989, as substituted by section 40 of the Public Finance Amendment Act 1994, the Law Commission hereby gives notice that it has delivered to the Minister of Justice its annual report for the year ended 30 June 1995, containing its financial statements, audit report and statement of responsibility and has with the consent of the Minister of Justice published the annual report.

Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986

Approval of Motorcycle Driving School

Pursuant to section 48 (2) (b) of the Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986; and under powers delegated to me by the Acting Director of Land Transport Safety in an instrument of delegation dated the 16th day of October 1995, I, Roy Harold Hitchcock, Compliance Officer, Safer People and Operators, hereby approve the following organisation as an approved school of instruction for motorcycle driving, for the purpose of issuing certificates of basic motorcycle handling skills and certificates of driving competence:
