Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) (b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of November 1995, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Gerard James Hulst, chartered accountants, were appointed receivers and managers of the property of Morning Mist Mushrooms Limited (in liquidation) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 24th day of December 1993 given by that company. The property in receivership is all the company’s undertaking, property and assets.

To: David Donald Crichton and Trevor Francis Thornton, chartered accountants (whose offices are Grant Thornton, AMP Building, 47 Cathedral Square, Christchurch), hereby give notice that on the 16th day of November 1995, Bank of New Zealand appointed them jointly and severally as receivers of the property of Newfee Holdings Limited under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 9th day of December 1994.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all of the company’s real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsovever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
