We, John Anthony Waller and Colin Thomas McCloy, hereby give notice that on 8 November 1995, we were appointed by the National Bank of New Zealand Limited, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Baker Street Snacks Limited under the powers contained in a debenture dated 15 May 1995.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future.

Pursuant to Section 8 (1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Maurice George Noone and Richard Stewart McKnight, chartered accountants of Dunedin, were appointed receivers of Filter Supplies Limited on the 10th day of November 1995, by the Bank of New Zealand Limited under the terms of the debenture giving the holders a fixed and floating charge over the whole of the assets of the company. The property in receivership is all of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
