Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment in Waipa District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to sections 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Waipa District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and that the said stopped road, now known as Section 6, S.O. 58958, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 22D/793, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 931997.2 and B. 064971.4, South Auckland Land Registry.
