District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for State primary school and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land at Pororari River Set Apart for Road

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto, to be set apart for road which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Westland Land District—Buller District

1108 square metres, more or less, being part bed Pororari River; situated in Block I, Punakaiki Survey District; as shown marked “E” on S.O. Plan 11241, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hokitika.

Revoking a Declaration Acquiring Land for Road in the Buller District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby revokes the declaration dated the 15th day of September 1995 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 28 September 1995, No. 107 at page 3405, acquiring land in the Buller District for road.

Dated at Christchurch this 25th day of October 1995.
