Road Realignment (Kahuterawa Road) in the City of Palmerston North

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member L & P, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in The Palmerston North City Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Second, Third and Fourth Schedules to this notice to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The area described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 14D/610.

(ii) The area described in the Third Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 14D/609.

(iii) The area described in the Fourth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 14D/611, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 437211.1.

Amending a Notice Stopping Road in Waikato District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 9th day of October 1995, and printed in the New Zealand Gazette of 12 October 1995, No. 114 at page 3623, stopping road in Waikato District, by deleting all reference to all encumbrances cited in paragraphs (a) to (g) inclusive except for coal mining licence B. 040575.

Land at Robinsons Road/State Highway No. 8 Corner, Acquired for Limited Access Road

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for a limited access road which becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
