Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in The Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken and vested in The Otorohanga District Council.

First Schedule

South Auckland Land District

31.3 perches, situated in Block XIV, Pirongia Survey District, being part Orahiri No. 2, part Section 7 Block; as shown coloured yellow on S.O. Plan 46769, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Second Schedule

South Auckland Land District

2 roads 23.9 perches, situated in Block XIV, Pirongia Survey District, adjoining part Orahiri No. 2, part Section 7 Block; as shown coloured green on S.O. Plan 46769, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Third Schedule

South Auckland Land District

19.4 perches, situated in Block XIV, Pirongia Survey District, being part Orahiri No. 2, part Section 7 Block; as shown coloured yellow, edged yellow on S.O. Plan 46769, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Road Stopped in Hauraki District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and to be dealt with as Crown Land under the Land Act 1948.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Waipa District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
