Woodend Fire District Notice 1995

Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as the Woodend Fire District Notice 1995.

2. This notice shall come into force on the 17th day of November 1995.

3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous Fire District Notices for the district listed in the Schedule.

Constitution of Fire Districts

4. The urban area of the town listed in the Schedule is hereby constituted as a Fire District.

5. The boundaries of the constituted Fire District as listed are defined and delineated on plans held at the National Office of the New Zealand Fire Service, Wellington.

Commodity Levies Act 1990

Notice of Levy Payable on All Avocados Grown and Sold in New Zealand

In accordance with the above order all growers and wholesalers of avocado are advised:

1. A levy is payable on all avocados grown and sold.

2. The NZ Avocado Growers Association Commodity Levy Order was made on 18 September 1995 and will be effective from 19 October 1995. The levy imposed on wholesale avocado is at a rate of 3% of the producer price.

Transit New Zealand

Transit New Zealand Act 1989

Notice Revoking Section of State Highway and Declaring New Section of State Highway—State Highway No. 2, Hastings

Pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, Transit New Zealand gives notice that, with effect from the date of this notice, the State highway status of the bypassed section of State highway described in the First Schedule hereto, is revoked and the new section of public highway described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be a State highway within the meaning and for the purposes of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989.

First Schedule

All of that section of State Highway No. 2 (Karamu Road North and Karamu Road South) between St Aubyn Street East and Eastbourne Street East, and all of that section of State Highway No. 2 (Eastbourne Street East and Eastbourne Street West) between Karamu Road South and Nelson Street South, and all of that section of State Highway No. 2 (Railway Road) between Eastbourne Street West and Southampton Street West, and all of that section of State Highway No. 2 (Nelson Street South and Nelson Street North) between Eastbourne Street West and Queen Street West, and all of that section of State Highway No. 2 (Queen Street West and Queen Street East) between Nelson Street North and Karamu Road North.

Second Schedule

All of that section of St Aubyn Street East between Karamu Road North and Hastings Street North, and all of that section of Hastings Street North and Hastings Street South, between St Aubyn Street East and Southampton Street East, and all of that section of Southampton Street East and Southampton Street West, between Hastings Street South and Railway Road.
