The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Public Works Act 1981

Land in Hauraki District Acquired for Road State Highway No. 26

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
