Conservation Act 1987

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes

Pursuant to section 7(1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that the land in the attached Schedule is held for conservation purposes and it shall hereafter be so held.

Reserves Act 1977

Classification of Reserves and Declaration That the Reserves be Part of the Waimarino Scientific Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Tongariro/Taupo Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, as scientific reserves, and further, declares the said reserves to form part of the Waimarino Scientific Reserve.

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua No. 2, 1995.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto, is in relation only to the piece of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
