International Air Services Licensing Act 1947

Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence

Notice is hereby given that I intend to exercise the power conferred on me by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, to amend the terms of the International Air Service Licence issued to Air New Zealand Limited to allow the airline to operate up to the equivalent of 5 return B767 services per week to Seoul and up to the equivalent of eleven return B747 services per week beyond Australia.

This amendment will take effect from 18 November 1995.

Land Transport Act 1993

Notice of Proposed Glazing Rule

The Land Transport Safety Authority (LTSA), in accordance with section 10 (1) (a) of the Land Transport Act 1993, gives notice that draft Rule 32012; the Glazing Rule is available for public comment.

This draft Rule presents the proposed legal requirements for automotive glazing in New Zealand.

Draft Rule 32012 is available for viewing at the LTSA’s seven Regional Offices, and at public libraries countrywide. Copies have been sent to the Registered Interest Groups, who expressed an interest in the preliminary draft.

Traffic Regulations 1976

Exemption from Specified Requirements of the Traffic Regulations 1976

Pursuant to regulation 90 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, I, Peter Nicholas Rendall, Senior Vehicle Compliance Officer, hereby exempt the motor vehicle specified in Schedule 1 of this notice from the requirements contained within regulation 78A (c) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, subject to the conditions specified within Schedule 2 of this notice.
