In the matter of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, pursuant to section 119 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of October 1994, the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal ordered as follows:

1. That the name of the practitioner Amrit Lakha Vasan be struck off the Roll of Barristers and Solicitors of the High Court of New Zealand.

2. That the practitioner pay to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of $1,464.00 in respect of the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by the tribunal.

3. That the practitioner pay to the Wellington District Law Society the sum of $7,100.00 towards the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by that society.

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Waikato Diocesan School for Girls, Hamilton.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on the 9th day of October 1995. A copy of the supplementary agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the district office of the Ministry of Education, corner of Grey and Bridge Streets, Hamilton.
