Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1995, No. 18.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Public Works Act 1981

Road Stopped in Waikato District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and that:

(a) Area “A” on S.O. Plan 59766, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59766, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 32D/757, subject to sections 10 and 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, to transfers 183738 and 183739, to section 27B of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, and to coal mining licence B. 040575, South Auckland Land Registry.

(b) Area “A” on S.O. Plan 59767, now known as Section 1, S.O. 59767, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 13C/1140, subject to the exceptions as to coal, fireclay and minerals contained in, and the easement created by, conveyance 173870 (R. 112/262) and confirmed by deed 178252 (R. 120/516), to section 27B of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, to sections 10 and 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and to coal mining licence B. 040575, South Auckland Land Registry.

(c) Area “B” on S.O. Plan 59767, now known as Section 2, S.O. 59767, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 810, folio 7, subject to the easements created by deed 173870 (R. 112/262) and confirmed by deed 178252 (R. 120/516), to section 27B of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, to sections 10 and 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and to coal mining licence B. 040575, South Auckland Land Registry.
