Land Vested in Landcorp Investments Limited

Pursuant to section 24 (1) of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, and to an authorisation dated 26 April 1995 from the Ministers of Finance and State-Owned Enterprises, the National Regulatory Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

  1. Title—This notice may be cited as the Landcorp Investments Limited Vesting Notice 1995 No. 11.

  2. Application—(1) This notice applies to all the land described in the Schedule to this notice, saving and excepting:

(a) The bed of any lake whose bed has an area of 8 hectares or more.

(b) The bed of any river whose bed has an average width of 3 metres or more.

(c) Any land covered and uncovered by the flow and ebb of the tide at mean spring tides.

(2) In subclause (1) of this clause, the terms “bed”, “lake” and “river” have the meanings assigned to them by section 2 (1) of the Resource Management Act 1991.

  1. Vesting—Subject to section 24 of the Conservation Act 1987, the land to which this notice applies shall vest for an estate in fee simple in Landcorp Investments Limited (a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 1955, having its registered office at Wellington and being a State enterprise within the meaning of section 29 (1) of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986) on the 5th day of October 1995:

(i) Together with the appurtenant rights (if any) described in the Schedule to this notice; but,

(ii) Subject to the rights, interests and encumbrances (if any) to which it is described in the Schedule to this notice as being subject.

4.9561 Sections 1 and 2, S.O. Plan 19477, situated in Block III, Culverden Survey District.

1.3570 Section 1, S.O. Plan 19470, situated in Block XV, Tengawai Survey District. Subject to Gazette notice K. 953673 (Canterbury Registry) declaring part of State Highway No. 8 (Timaru to Milton via Cromwell) to be a limited access road.

3.5036 Section 1, S.O. Plan 19486, situated in Block VI, Culverden Survey District.

2.3230 Section 1, S.O. Plan 19488, situated in Block VII, Corwar Survey District.

11.6378 Sections 1 and 2, S.O. Plan 19491, situated in Block XVI, Lyndon and Block XIII, Waiau Survey Districts.

5.3800 All that land being:

    (i) Section 1, S.O. Plan 19220, situated in Block IX, Opihi Survey District.

    (ii) Section 1, S.O. Plan 19458, situated in Block IX, Opihi Survey District.

3991 m² Section 1, S.O. Plan 19487, situated in Block II, Ashburton Survey District.
