Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, declares:

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the area of road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and that area “A”, now known as Section 1, S.O. Plan 12623, be added to the adjoining land set apart for State primary school by New Zealand Gazette, 1994, page 1467 (Gazette notice 410401, Taranaki Land Titles Office).
